Which countries can KAS send packages to?
We can send/receive from/to China, Korea, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
On Inbound, Korea/Vietnam takes 2 business days from the day of sending in local KAS office, and China takes 2-3 business days from Guangzhou office, 3-4 business days from shaoxing/shanghai office. On outbound, takes about 1 more business day due to time difference, flight schedule, processing in local warehouse after packages arrived.
The airfees are calculated by the weight(lbs), $20 base fee up to 1lbs, add $5.50 each additional lbs send to Korea, $25/6 Send to China, $35/8 Send to Vietnam/Indonesia. However, Additional fees can be charged if send to distant regions or big volume packages compared to weight(below 0.2 specific weight). Airfees are charged 1.5-2 times than prepaid when it is paid by consignees(collect) or 3rd party. Airfees are subject to change without notice along the policy of our company and/or airport couriering center.
Can I send everything? What are the forbidden items?
Not everything can be sent due to security regulations of airport and Customs. Please ask to us about that, because some items are forbidden to send. Forbidden items generally same as below:
Transportable items : Clothes, Fabrics, booklets, documents, other safe items and non-problem items that related laws.
Non-transportable items : Flammables, foods, easy to be rotten, plants and/or animals, cosmetics, drugs/medicines, liquids, electronics, cigarettes & e-cigarettes, batteries, money or valuables, weapons, other things that forbidden by relative laws.(It will be fined if exposed)
What is the day of inbound/outbound receiving/sending?
On Inbound, we receive packages almost business days except special cases(Ex. Aircraft delays, local holidays, or Customs inspection), and on, Outbound, we send every Tue/Wed/Fri to China, and send every Tue/Fri to Korea, Vietnam and Indonesia.
How can I receive the packages when they arrive?
Generally, we deliver directly almost business days to high-demand areas and nearby from our office, and 2-3 days a week on nearby from the areas above, along our company schedule. We send via UPS/FEDEX to distant areas, and you can pick up at our office upon request.
How are the better ways if I send/receive frequently? And is the benefits if I use many times?
If you register an account to our company system, you can use our system more convenient, and you have discount depends upon the usage. The fees can be negotiated to our manager if you use frequently.
Can I use the system without an account? And how I can pay the airfees?
Yes. But you must pay in our office when the package send except collect pays, and you can pay with cash, check, or account transfer(zelle). Credit card is not available now. You must visit to our office unless you have an account in our company system.
When I send a package, what time is due to send?
We gather packages all of our customers and send to the Airport on 6:00 pm at available day to send. Please provide the package before 4:30 pm if you want to pick up from your place, or before 5:30 pm if you come to our office to send the package.
